Michaela Voyer, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Michaela is a Nurse Practitioner, passionate about the art of cosmetics. Michaela comes from New England and previously worked at a busy med spa in Boston where she received valuable training and skills. Michaela also brings a solid foundation in primary care and dermatology. Michaela has an extensive educational background in which she received a doctorate in nursing from Boston College. Michaela’s combination of education and experience allows her to focus on high quality patient centered care.
Michaela’s fascination with aesthetic medicine stems from her innate artistic and creative nature. She strongly believes in enhancing natural beauty and boosting self-confidence through tailored and personalized cosmetic treatment plans. Michaela truly believes that cosmetics is an art form, and that each client presents a new opportunity to showcase her skills and develop meaningful relationships.
Michaela is new to the west coast and is excited to embrace all it has to offer! Michaela loves the outdoors and being in nature. She is passionate about conservation and maintaining natural ecosystems and restoring wildlife. In her downtime, Michaela is often found relaxing with her cat Charlotte. She also loves skiing, hiking, running, and traveling with her fiancé Justin.
Judi Tapfer, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
Judi has practiced aesthetic skin care in the Bay Area since 1999 and is a top injector. In fact, she was training physicians and nurses in the art of Botox injections long before Botox was a household name! Judi is also well-versed in the use of many lasers to address all kinds of aesthetic concerns. With her substantial skill set and her attention to aesthetic detail, she combines science and art to help each person enhance their natural beauty.
Judi’s successful, professional nursing career has been all about helping. For decades she served as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at El Camino Hospital, distinguished by her calm, professional presence assisting women. She brings that same caring approach to helping her clients meet their beauty refinement goals.
Judi obtained her BSN in 1977 from the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon, where she was born and raised. In her free time, Judi loves ballroom dancing, hiking, Pilates, reading historical novels, and playing word games.
Maddie Jasso
Office Manager/Esthetician
Growing up, Maddie always knew she wanted to have a career in the skincare and beauty industry. You will always find her trying the newest skincare and esthetics products. Her love for her patients and her result driven treatments truly gives you a one-of-a-kind experience.
Around the office, Maddie doubles as our Redwood City medspa manager and esthetician so we are lucky enough to have her at both locations!
Out of the office, Maddie is a committed mom to her 2 dogs and 3 cats; on the weekends, she’s most likely catching a workout class, spending time with her family and friends, or traveling the world.
Celeste Venegas
Lead Medical Assistant
Celeste is our lead medical assistant. She is Dr. Jackie's right-hand woman assisting with her patient's treatments and procedures.
As lead medical assistant, Celeste is a key part of making sure all our patients have the best experience here at the office. Before Aesthetics, Celeste has spent 5 years in Dermatology. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. Her reward at the end of the day is seeing patients happy with their results.
Celeste loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she loves to travel, watch her daughter play softball, and meet up with her 'bookies' for their book club.
