Training Background
Dr. Cheng pursued his passion for science by studying at Oxford University in England. Once stateside, he completed his Medical Degree at Duke University. This was followed by a demanding 5-year residency in Head and Neck Surgery at Stanford.
Dr. Cheng then honed his skills at the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Indianapolis, sparking his lifelong interest in aesthetics. Today Dr. Elbert Cheng works side-by-side with his sister Jacqueline, also a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and ENT. By combining their artistry, knowledge, and expertise, they synergistically offer clients a nearly unparalleled patient experience and world-class results.

Dr. Elbert is an esteemed member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Medical Association, and the Santa Clara County Medical Society.
For almost two decades, he has trained over 500 doctors and practitioners in the state of California as an Advanced Allergan Trainer and Instructor.
Giving Back
Dr. Elbert Cheng has functioned as a teacher and mentor to those most in need of his leadership. In 2015, he traveled to Honduras with FootSteps Missions, which helps at-risk orphans and provides education and empowerment. This altruism is apparent in Dr. Cheng’s approach at Skin Love MedSpa. He is compassionate, courteous, and devoted, helping patients to achieve their best lives.
